Abstract: | In the course of reform towards marketing, the state-owned economy, overall, has began to be fission. A batch of superior enterprises have appeared and a quite number of inferior enterprises have also shown their true colours. All the drawbacks resulting from the centralised planned economy are reflected from the state-owned enterprises. Since the state enterprises have undertaken too many functions of the government, it is difficult for them to enter market with light packs. In addition, their operational mechanism does not suit the realistic macro management system. So their reform walks with difficulties. To accelerate their reform, we must follow the general operational law, that is, decentralising monopoly assets, socialising personal assets and developing every kinds of stock companies. |
