Abstract: | The reform of Chinese small-sized state enterprises is relatively easier for they are not influenced greatly by the planned economic system and are small in the volume of assets and less in the number of staff and workers. They are taking mainly such forms of reform as union, leasing, merger, share holding system, corporate system, grafting by introducing foreign investment, "one factory, many systems", developing the tertiary industry, contract, and declaring bankrupt and reorganising. To deepen the reform, the following relationships should be handled well: combination of letting go and invigorating enterprises with reorganising, transforming enterprises and strengthening their management, with realising the separation of function of the government and enterprises, with maintaining and increasing the value of state assets and so on. |
