| Abstract: | Conducting the strategically adjustment of economic structure is the urgent demand and a long-term task of developing the national economy. In this industry-upgrading adjustment focus will be put on updating products and optimizing product mix. To invigorate pillar industries, cultivate new economic growth points and bring along the optimizing and upgrading of structure, we should do the following: 1. developing new and high tech industries, represented by the electronic information industry to promote the information of national economy and bring along the technological progress of the traditional industries; 2. strengthening the urban housing construction to facilitate the development of building industry towards the pillar industry; 3. raising the modernized level of equipment, depending on the key national projects. |
