The whole people's enhanced awareness of circulation will help optimize the circulation environment; 2. The progress in the shift of the economic system from the traditional planned economy to a socialist market economy and the shift of the economic growth mode from being extensive to intensive will promote the improvement of circulation environment; 3. The circulation industrial organization will become more rationalized; 4. The economy will maintain sustained, rapid and healthy development; 5. The modernization of circulation will speed up; 6. The raising of people's living standards will improve China's circulation environment. |
