| Abstract: | Share-holding system is a neutral corparation system and an organizing and realizing form for property of enterprises . Mixed owenership is its conspicuous feature. Share-holding system has the function of effectively organizing the property of enterprises and realizing its effective combination. Such a enterprise system and organizational form of property would make different property rights relationships form an economic community featuring both "being connected with each other" and "being interdependent ", both "opening in all directions" and "mutual restriction" while realizing internal organic combination. So this should be the first choice of China for the sustained and rapid development of national economy. |
