| Abstract: | The results of analysis of changes in economic mechanism, market environment, residents' expectation of future income growth, the operational mechanism of banks and international environment show that the implementation of macro regulation and control policy measures has lagged in terms of time due to changes in China's mechanism and enterprises and residents all taken more prudent and rational attitude to the state's measures for there is course of analysis, understanding, judgement policy decision and action for them. Besides the following are attributed to the ineffective implementation of the measures: the mutual restraint of various economic regulations and rules, the interaction of factors in every aspect of economic operation and the different actions taken by enterprises and residents due to different understandings of such measures. |
