| Abstract: | There are mainly two deep contradictions which must be settled in order to establish and perfect our socialist market economy system. One is the contradiction between the basic interest request for exchanging at equal value in the market economy and lack of the premise of realizing such interest request normally. The other is the contradiction between the basic interest request for exchanging at equal value in the market economy and the obstacles in interest transfer among sectors and regions. A series of innovations made by the 15th National Congress of the CPC in the aspects of the reforms of ownership, state-owned enterprises, and the circulation system etc., are a program of action to guide us to settle contradictions and establish the socialist market economy system. |
