Abstract:In the current transitional period, the new order is faced with two major problems. On one hand, although the subjects of economy have been established and activated, their behaviors are extremely unstandard. On the other hand, the relation between subjects of market economy is still in an orderless circumstance. To change such situation, we should: 1.continue moulding and maintaining the free and independent position of the subjects of market; 2.form an order for competition. Lifting the control over subjects is to allow various subjects to actively participate in competition. To form an order for competition doesn't mean the protection of competition rather than limitations of competition. 3.All subjects of market economy should form an organic entirety. Under the new circumstances, we should coordinate efforts all over the country as on a single chessboard.
