Abstract: | China's economy has entered the period of major adjustment after high growth. China as a big developing country has a large market space and delayed superiority. Besides, she has a space for system innovation for her reform hasn't been accomplished. The major economic adjustment to make is different neigher from the economic adjustments in China's history nor from other countries' major adjustments. It has the nature and characteristics of "pre-adjustment". It is better for us to concentrate our time and efforts on the major economic adjustment than on ensuring the growth rate of 8%. In this way, at least 10-year rapid growth would appear in China's economy. |
