| Abstract: | Since reform of economic system, China has abided by the basic laws of socialist market economy and modern enterprise system and conducted system innovation continuonsly, thus promoting her industrial development greatly. In such a course, her macro policy, industrial policy and regional policy systems for regulation and control have been improvedgradually. As a result, the shift of economic system to market economy from planned economy has been sped up,the competitiveness of industrial organization and market structure enhanced and the government's policies more stress establishing the competitive order of market economy. In the course of system innovation, organizational change and policy adjustment, China will enter a new stage of industrialization. |
