| Abstract: | In the stock economic operation, there are some contradictions. They mainly include the following: the contradictions between the function to optimize resource allocation of stock economy and the actual low efficiency of resource setup; the market-oriented reform and the actual administration-oriented stock economic growth; the stock holding companies' request to set up rational structure of control by legal body and the actual condition of control by "internal persons", the request for orderly market operation and the actual excessive and unfair competition. The key solution is to give up planned economic means and to forward the stock system reform upon the internal requirement of the stock economy. |
