| Abstract: | The success of China's "reform and open" was due to having been taken some following aspects of advantages:A. Mobility of rural surplus labor forces to cities improved rapid economic growth. B. Took advantages of coastal areas' favorable geographic positions and labor forces. C. Attracted Chinese people's investment,and developed labor-intensive export processing industry. D. Took economic growth as the nucleus of reform and development, keeping political situation stable. However,with the progress and deepening of reform,domestic economic development and reform overlap made employment situation severe and polarized income distribution. On the issues of releasing the pressure of urban employment, we must take it into consideration to increase adjustments on labor force demand and supply. |
