Abstract:Under the conditions of market economy, an enterprise may come into a crisis at any time. A mechanism of mobilization, surveillance and allocation of capital should be formed through the regulations of limited responsibility, annexation and bankruptcy. Simultaneously, the enterprises in crisis are also provided with other ways out apart from self-salvation. The issue discussed in the article is finding out other market ways than those mentioned above for the enterprises to go out of difficulties. Formation of a salvation mechanism is beneficial to the enterprises to extricate them from crises, avoid bankruptcy or being annexed, and thus reduces losses of resources and productivity and possibility of social unrest. It is a remedy and improvement to the present mechanism of economic operation.
