| Abstract: | It should build up tech-markets suitable for the Shenzhen's reality at first and directive or un-directive serve for each kinds of investments and financing and resolve the join problems of high-tech and capitals. Second, it should expand the circulation channels wider and make up a set of scientific multi-system of investment circulation operations. Third, it should build up a standard market of property rights and stocks interchange to solve the problems of risky investment exit which can reduce or transfer every kinds of investments and financing risks in developing high-tech industries. |
