Abstract:Four studies on relationship between stress and medical malpractice and impact of stress management programmes in reducing malpractice risk, based on 67 hospitals and 12,000 individuals. Four studies: on-the-job stress; workplace stress levels of 61 hospitals and frequency of malpractice claims; a stress management programme and frequency of reported medication errors; the frequency of medical malpractice claims.
