| Abstract: | A study was conducted to assess the extent to which overall work stress, various factors of job satisfaction, role clarity, and job challenge are statistically significant predictors of burnout among teachers and school-based administrators.The results revealed that overall work stress was the major predictor of emotional exhaustion. |
