Abstract:This article examines the predictors of women's decisions to report or confront sexual harassment. Analyses of variance showed that personal assertiveness predicted the decision to confront the harasser. In addition perceived procedural justice was associated with reporting sexual harassment However the direction of this relationship was opposite from that predicted. Women who reported sexual harassment through formal channels manifested lower perceptions of justice.
