| Abstract: | Drawing on theory and research on ethical leadership and ethical climate, this study examines ethical climate as a mediator of the relationship btw. ethical leadership and employee misconduct. Based on a sample of over 1,500 employees and their supervisors in 300 units in different organizations, there is found support for the hypothesized model. |
