Abstract: | Between them, new Stock Exchange rules and modern computer packages have levelled the investment playing field. Some "investor systems" specialize in investment (portfolio) management, some in share price storage and display, others provide the tools for investment analysis; many combine two or more of these. The increasingly low cost of PCs combined with affordable packages such as Chart Analyst, Meridian Software and Fairshares plus can help small investors get access to information and facilities previously available only to market professionals. |
