| Abstract: | Presently, what are on sale in Shenzhen and Shanghai stock exchanges are the individual shares accounting for 20% of all the shares, not national and corporate shares which can not be circulated. Countering the present situation, the author pushes forward the following tentative ideas. We first put the three kinds of share in the same line by making full use of the influence of listing time on shares, and then close temporarily Shenzhen and Shanghai stock exchanges, set up the third exchange to welcome new listing companies. |
