Abstract:All the B share corporations to be established in China should have the condition of legal person and obtain the qualification of Chinese legal person after registration and being checked by China's administrations of industry and commerce. Besides the basic features of the general stock companies, the B share corporations should have the following features: The face value of listed B shares should be marked in RMB. But they should be subscribed, bought or sold and listed in the domestic stock exchanges. They are different from A shares, marked , subscribed bought or sold in RMB. Those who hold B shares do not demand enjoying special rights. Otherwise the principle that "the same shares enjoy the same rights" will be violated.
