Abstract: | The bear market which had lasted 3 years ended at last in 1996 and appeared again the graceful bearing of the bull market. It featured enormous volume of business, increasingly growing ordinary stock holders, quotation rising by a wide margin and an vivid education of investment risks. In regard to how to make a general plan on investment and operational mode with an aim at increasing return on investment in 1997, this paper expresses its views. In terms of market orientation, Shenzhen stock market is taken as the main one, while Shanghai stock market as the subsidiary. In terms of the principle of analysis, the basis analysis is first and the technical analysis second. In terms of stock-selecting tactics, the stock receiving little attention is selected mainly rather than the stock arousing popular interest. |
