Abstract:It is common business practice to have HR, training and knowledge management (KM) departments separated, or working with one but not the other(s). However, it is not common to find examples where all three functions are working cohesively. This article presents how a telecommunications firm, Orange, has successfully connected these three functions to maximize the organization's ability to constantly learn, adapt and evolve.
