| Abstract: | The article discusses issues concerning the corporate social responsibility (CSR) dialogue between stakeholders and non-governmental organizations (NGO). This paper is grounded in a three-year research project on the dialogue process, which paid particular attention to the motives, engagement and organizational learning. The authors highlight that the results of the dialogue process can be seen in a long-term perspective. |
