| Abstract: | This paper reviews several issues associated with post project review and dissemination of knowledge in information technology projects. The practice of coaching project teams is reflected upon. In identifying the role of social pressure in forming teams' perception of their performance, it is suggested what could potentially be interesting and fruitful for future research. |
