| Abstract: | This paper highlights findings from a 18-months research project which explored knowledge management (hereafter as KM) activities in public, private and non-profit organizations. The authors identified six key factors related to collaboration, organizational learning, managing innovation that play important role in organizations' knowledge-enabled innovation building process. The paper provides viewpoints for KM managers. |
