| Abstract: | The paper studies how work-related values, including ethics, are related to the readiness to change in the context of Estonian organizations. A research of 747 respondents from Estonian firms is conducted. The effect of work-related values on attitudes towards change and organizational learning are investigated. The empirical investigation findings indicate that work-related values predict attitude towards change and organizational learning. |
