| Abstract: | Academic assignments can enhance the educational value of business internships. Seven assignment that are both practical and reflective in nature, are suggested. These assignments are described in terms of their ability to promote the following learning objectives: 1) understand one's self and the job context, 2) gather evidence of experience gained, 3) learn how to learn from experience and 4) integrate theory and practice. |
