| Abstract: | The Russian management education sector is now as varied and rapid in its development as the Chinese. Despite some of the problems differing expectations and cultural assumptions referred to earlier, the results of Western ventures in management training have been largely successful - Russians have proved more knowledgeable, more enthusiastic and more capable of learning than might have been expected by some in the West before the programmes began. |
