| Abstract: | To open up market and cultivate new economic growth points, we must make multiple-level selection according to different conditions and the objective law of economic development and combine in with "two fundamental shifts". From the angle of seeking the balance between market supply and demand, we may choose as the new economic growth points some groups of leading industries which there is great potential need in and are capable to provide effective supply with their effects. At present, the industries which can be taken as the new economic growth points are housing industry, auto industry, modern large-scale agriculture and electronic information industry. |
