| Abstract: | The objective of the industrial structural adjustment is to concentrate on and complete the strategic adjustment of key industries, enterprises, products, technology and state-owned industrial economy with special emphasis laid on rationalization of product structure. For instance, in industrial structure, the proportion of pillar and high-tech industries in the industrial added value is to be increased by 5-10 percentage points. In product structure, the production of new industrial products output is to be increased by 2-3 percentage points to expand the export market share of some products. In organizational structure, effort should be made to allow a small number of large-sized enterprises for higher competition strength to be listed in the global 500 top companies. |
