| Abstract: | Wangjian, the famous economy scholar in our country, viewed that currently China is experiencing from heary basic industry to heavy processing industry. The conclusion in the present economy living is confirmed by the fact that among the chief industrial products, those whose growth rate is much greater than the average growth level are nearly heavy processing products. However, our now heavy processing industry can not develop completely because of inadiquate investment. For the matter, in the near future we should bring out some specific policies on vigorously developing the heavy processing industry as soon as possible so as to guide the turning direction of the investment makeup. |
