| Abstract: | In China, the industrial structuralization and upgrading are in a very critical situation. The alternative policies include the following: to convert the traditional industries to develop the burgeoning industries, to open new market space, to optimize the level of industrial science and technology and to improve the inner quality of industries. The industries should be restructured to reach the goals of scale-oriented production and business, high grade of industrial technology, market-oriented product sales and specialized cooperative production. At present, special attention should be given to the relations between stock assets activation and incremental assets optimization, dominants of market and resources, major and ordinary products, special and common enterprises and main and diversified operations, etc. |
