| Abstract: | At present, the major conflict facing with China industrial structure is functional industrial structure upgrade. The keys to functional industrial structure upgrade are industrial technology alteration and innovation. The important access to functional industrial structure upgrade is structural adjustment of industrial organization. Only if it implement structural adjustment of industrial organization, can technological innovation and technical advancement of enterprise have firm foundation. |
