| Abstract: | Among China current structural design criteria, low-safety design principle is the fruit of historical conditions. It is suitable to the national situation after reform and opening. The safety level of China construction's structural design should be increased in a large scale. In order to perfect the reliability and safety of structure, we should advocate to properly use more steel, rather than try our best to save steel. |
