| Abstract: | It is necessary to pay attention to the ten legal issues related to utilizing foreign investment in China. They are the qualification and financial credit of foreign businessmen and such terms as price, guaranty, restriction, liability, cross breach of contract, payment, applicable laws as well as foreign and irresistible terms. At present, the main modes China has adopted in utilization of foreign investment are joint venture, cooperative business operation, cooperative development, sole foreign investment, compensation trade, ;ease and loan. |
