| Abstract: | The title Anti-Monopoly Laws is to be changed to Laws of Anti-Manipulation of Markets and Anti-Restriction of Competition. Guidelines include fighting manipulation of markets and restriction of competition, promotion of rational evolution of enterprises scale structure , improvement of the environment for market competition, facilitation of improvement of the overall strength and healthy development of China's economy. Anti-monopoly laws are essential economic ones, which were made rather late in China. Experience of our predecessors and foreigners should be drawn on to bring ours in line with those abroad. |
