| Abstract: | This paper discusses the necessity of strengthening legislation of service trade in China and raises its framework. The framework includes the following parts: 1. basic laws like Commercial Bank Law and Insurance Law in the field of service trade, 2. rules for the implementation of these basic laws, 3. individual laws or regulations like "Regulations for the Administration of Foreign Financial Institutions, Provisions for the administration of International shipping Agencies". The basic principle of China's legislation in service trade is to integrate with the principle and system in "General Agreement on service Trade", break monopoly and establish a market system for fair competition. |
