| Abstract: | There exists direct proportion relationship between probability of ocurence and cost and inverse proportion relationship between probability of occurence and gains in illegal economic activities. The measures to control illegal economic activities and punish offenders are as follows: scientifically setting the official cost of illegal economic activities; righorously investigating and affixing the responsibility of offenders and raising the rate of being punished to reduce the cost of investigating and affixing the responsibility of offenders; weakening the economic subjects' ability of doing illegal economic activities; eliminating the chance of doing illegal economic activities to the maximum. |
