ANALYTICAL REVIEW
Language:eng
Abstract:The paper states that although most of Africa's Francophone states are members of the Organisation for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa (OHBLA), Ghana is the first Anglophone country to express an interest in joining. The author of the article explains what the organization is all about. The fact that such an important Anglophone country as Ghana wishes to join the 16 African states that have a common legal and judicial system is strengthening OHBLA's impact. The paper also states that Ghana cannot stay indifferent to a process that offers to its member states a harmonized, single, modern legal framework for their economic activities.
