| Abstract: | On the basis of analyzing the contradictoriness and problems of China's banking system, this paper points out that the banking system should be restructured and reassigned the right of monetary providing. The government should promote to compete in banking, achieve special bank's having full authority for their own profits and losses, develop by itself and promote banking's market to develop. |
