| Abstract: | Currently, deflation in China is presenting a tendency of aggravation: the price level is falling down continually; the value of goods, service and labor is continually dropping off and its falling extent has surpassed that of the price of capital, which results in androgenic deflation; the self-contracting mechanism of market demand has gradually come into being and the growth of final demand is obviously week; the speed of economic growth is continuously declining and the economic benefit of enterprises is going seriously downhill; the population of unemployment is continuously increasing. To prevent the aggravating tendency of deflation, emergency measures to take include the following: carrying out governmental regulation and market regulation at the same time; keeping on the deepening of the reforms of enterprises and finance; and so on. |
