| Abstract: | In the currency deflation, Both China and Japan have shown similar characteristics in economic activities. They are the sustained drop of price, insufficient money supply or sustained decline of growth rate of the same, the sagging nongovernmental investment, the shortage of effective demand, the depressed economy and the rise of unemployment. It's been concluded that the key point in macro economic policy should duly switch to optimizing supply. Proper actions should be taken to stabilize consumers' expectation. China has got a much higher proportion of bad loan than Japan out of the total loan balance and must act to digest bad assets and dissolve financial crisis and enforce expansive fiscal policy rather than money policy till the economy rebounds. |
