| Abstract: | The paper argues that a finance mechanism for supporting the technological development should be established in order to make technological progresses and high-efficient growth of the township enterprises. It is suggested a center in the areas of relatively-concentrated industries, for promoting the technological development be set up. To solve the problem of lacking technology capital, it is fundamental to use the development fund for township enterprises, establish the credit guarantees fund for technological reform, increase the acquisition of the investment loan for technological reform and promote the reform of property system and growth of the market for direct loan. |
