| Abstract: | The region's oil and gas producers are busily restructuring, looking for new supplies, new customers and new distribution routes. But in the end, the interests of Russia still dominate. Russia is no longer prepared to pump unlimited supplies of oil and gas westwards unless the price is right. Russia no longer hesitates to reduce the flows to those least able to pay - particularly Ukraine. Reduction in pressure in Ukraine can disrupt deliveries elsewhere. |
