| Abstract: | China should change the single investment subject and pure state-owned state of oil and petrol chemical companies. Instead, she should practise pluralized investment subject, keep a moderate control power in the hands of the state and cultivate large institutional shareholders in order to guarantee the stability of companies and safeguard the interests of the state and society. China should also create conditions for the overall large state-owned oil companies' listing for it is favorable to raising funds. Besides, she reform the management system and practise the integration of upstream and down stream operation. While stressing the major business, she should develop diversified business operation. She should develop both international and domestic oil resource markets and put the development of natural gas industry in an important position as well. |
