| Abstract: | In the late 1990s, aiming to transform the highly independent "lone ranger" organizational culture, BP and Schlumberger launched knowledge management (KM) programs in their legal departements. In this article the results are compared by 3 current and former employees to find out what can be learnt form successes and failures. |
