Abstract:This paper aims at framing the process and/or product innovation phenomenon in the perspective of the relationship (here as: r-ship.) btw. economic decisions and cognition. According to the article author, the best way to interpret this r-ship. is to use Herbert Simon's approach of procedural rationality (here as: rty.) which is, in fact, framed within the general approach of bounded rty., used herein for emphasizing of innovations having the task to respond to issues of environmental uncertainty and computational complexity faced by businesses.
