| Abstract: | The article investigates the relevant factors of knowledge transfer in Petrobras, a Brazilian state-owned oil company. A literature review on tacit knowledge transfer as well as quantitative approach based on exploratory factorial analysis on the company are conducted. The results indicate that organization's knowledge management strategy as well as the organizational structure are important factors for successful tacit knowledge transfer within the company. |
