Abstract: | This study tested approaches to study employee attitudes and commitment towards the organization. The approaches where perceived organizational support (POS), affective organizational commitment (AC), organization-based self-esteem (OBSE) and job insecurity. Researchers developed a number of mediator and moderator models of the relationship between POS, OBSE, AC and job insecurity. |
